Tolworth Gymnastics Club is committed to ensuring that a safe and nurturing environment is created for all gymnasts participating in the sport.

Tolworth currently has two welfare officers who are also the South East Regional welfare officers for British Gymnastics. It is important you familiarise yourself with their contact information which can also be found around the club.

Mental Health Support

So many are dealing with mental health issues right now. Whether it is you or someone you care about, remember you are not alone. A huge amount of support is available. We thought it might be useful to provide some links and brief information for just a handful of the many amazing entities offering help. Do click on the links to find out more details. There is so much helpful information on the sites. These are free, unless otherwise stipulated.
